The procedure is easy:

* A date is selected by your organization and    confirmed with Empire Theatres for the event.

* The group creates a list of their top 5 films for the    screening. Empire Theatres confirms availability, and    will help you select your film.

* Tickets are created, printed and sold by your group.    You, the client, determine the ticket price. Once the    cost of the theatre rental is covered, the rest is    profit.
